Can you repair my countertop without replacing it?
Many chips, cracks and damaged seams can be repaired in place. We also assess scratches, stains, water marks and heat damage. Your answers help us identify suitable work; loose stone or structural movement needs a specialist assessment.
Will the repair be invisible?
We fill, shape and colour-blend suitable repairs to improve the damaged area. Stone pattern, damage and lighting affect the result. Some colour, sheen or a join can remain visible; your quote explains the scope.
How do I get my repair price?
Enter your postal code, then choose your countertop material and damage. Size references help you select the right option. Enter your contact details to see an eligible fixed price before choosing an appointment or payment. Photos are optional.
What if the damage is bigger or I’m not sure?
Choose the larger or not-sure option. We’ll save your enquiry for a specialist to assess and contact you within 15 minutes, 24/7. You won’t be asked to pay for work that hasn’t been priced.
What does the five-year warranty cover?

How do payment and cancellation work?
Pay in full to save 20% on the service price, or pay a 50% deposit and the balance after the work. HST and the total are shown before payment. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your arrival window for a full refund or free reschedule. Within 24 hours, one free reschedule within 30 days is available; otherwise a 10% charge on the amount paid applies, including no-shows. If SurfaceSmith cancels, you receive a full refund.
